Terms and Policies:

We require bookings of three days or more to be paid in full two weeks before the commencement date of the stay. Shorter stays may be paid upon arrival.

For the comfort of all the guests, smoking is permitted on the verandah only.

Check in time by 9.00 PM and checkout by 10.00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

It is helpful if you would let us have an indication of your estimated time of arrival.

Cancellations

Rooms not cancelled within 14 days of arranged date of arrival will be charged for except where we have successfully re-sold those rooms after receiving notification of the cancellation.
